Fermented purées for the food industry

We do fermentation on a large scale for the food industry. The ingredients we ferment include, for example, vegetables, fruits and berries, creating new kinds of flavors, textures and colors to be used as a foundation for delicious recipes. We not only offer a vast array of our own ready-to-use fermented products, but also the possibility for various custom-made solutions.
We utilize fermented components in our other products, such as our fresh flavor pastes. All of these fermented products are manufactured in our factory in Kaarina, using carefully selected ingredients. Their properties have been perfected not only in flavor but also, for example, in their volume. Thanks to fermentation, these products can be used to create taste sensations in quite a cost-efficient way.
